These Terms of Service govern your use of Certa Finance's services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Certa Finance provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, CFO advisory, and related accounting support services to CPA firms and accounting practices in the US and Canada, on a white-label basis.
Each engagement is governed by a signed Service Agreement and Mutual NDA executed prior to the commencement of any work. No client data should be shared until both documents are executed.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. There are no termination penalties. All client data will be returned or deleted within 14 days of termination.
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. Certa Finance operates under mutual NDA on all engagements. We will never reference client names, data, or details outside the engagement team without written consent.
Certa Finance's liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which any error occurred. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. All deliverables are subject to your firm's final review before client delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement or, if necessary, arbitration.
